Once again Jai has introduced a new 2 CCD multispectral camera: the Ad-132 GE. This new 
addition to the family increases full frame resolution on a 1.3 megapixel sensor. Due to this camera’s ability to capture details in bright scenes, it can deliver high resolution images in low light. Another feature it offers is the ability for users to send their raw video output to their host computer for post-processing and to even use their own algorithms. This GigE output camera can also be configured in two ways using the RJ-45 ports. It offers a choice of single or dual cable operation depending on the mode you use.
So, now you know what this camera offers, but where can you use it? Well, environments where high light or incandescent bright light might cause reflections are prime examples as to where this camera can be used. With that said, applications such as welding, solar panel manufacturing, and microscopy would all benefit from this latest technology from JAI.
