APG Vision 42S Camera Enclosure

The 42S Series enclosure is purpose-built from 316 stainless steel to house industrial camera systems in corrosive or hygienic environments. Engineered for food and washdown applications, the design minimizes water collection points and supports clean-in-place (CIP) protocols. This enclosure is ideal for industries where durability, sanitation, and equipment protection are critical.

The rear-mounted split-insert cable gland provides a watertight seal around one or more cables, allowing standard I/O, power, and Ethernet connections to pass through without removing connectors. Optional air cooling and air curtain faceplate configurations help maintain a clear viewport in challenging conditions. Once the cover is removed, users have full access to the camera and lens for easy focus and aperture adjustments. The internal layout also allows the lens to be positioned close to the viewport to help reduce reflections and enhance image quality.

Premade Cable Support: Rear cord grip with split insert enables sealed passthrough of premade I/O, power, and Ethernet cables without connector removal

Rugged Build Quality: Constructed with a 16-gauge 316 stainless steel cover and a 1/4″ thick 316 stainless steel base for superior durability

Corrosion-Resistant Hardware: All external fasteners are made of 316 stainless steel for long-term performance in harsh environments
